Finance Manager
Mwaka Kabwe Phiri joined WWF Zambia in June 2010 as Finance Manager.
Before joining WWF Zambia, Mwaka served as Manager Financial Accounting with BayPort Financial Services. She also worked with Unilever in various capacities such as Financial and Systems Accountant, Assistant Manager Finance Projects as well as that of Management Trainee.
A Chartered Management Accountant by profession, Mwaka holds a Degree in Accounting and Finance with 10 years of experience in Financial Management, Micro-financing, Operational Planning, Risk Management, Change Management and Systems and Process Development

Mwape Sichilongo is a career conservationist, exposed to the practice and rooted in at an early age through membership to the award winning Chongololo Clubs environmental education programme. The programme started in 1972 by the Wildlife and Environmental Conservation Society of Zambia and part funded by WWF and the giant mining conglomerate through Roan Antelope Trust. Mwape then joined Wildlife Society in 1986 as Education Officer and stayed for 16 years rising through the ranks and getting further education to depart as Executive Director. He served on the ZAWA and Environmental Council Zambia boards and is a member of BirdWatch Zambia, Wildlife and Environmental Conservation Society, GreenLiving Movement, Kasanka Trust and the Bangweulu Wetlands Management Board. 

In 2008, he joined the Zambia community based natural resource management (CBNRM) Forum as Coordinator for two years before joining WWF as Coordinator for the Regional CBNRM Programme for four years.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Conservation Biology. He has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and cycled to Livingstone to raise funds for conservation. He plants trees, keeps bees and village chickens, watches the seasons especially birds and trees, loves jazz and considers himself a photographer and poet! He collects walking sticks.

Senior Human Resources Officer
Inonge joined WWF Zambia in June, 2015 and currently serves as Senior Human Resource Officer. She is responsible for recruitment, management training and development as well as handling performance management processes.
Inonge holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Zambia and is an affiliate member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource.

Communications and Marketing Manager
Eneya is a seasoned Civil Society advocate with more extensive experience in Advocacy and Communications. Before joining WWF as Communications and Marketing Manage for the Zambia Country office, he served as the Acting Country Coordinator of the Zambia Civil Society Scaling up Nutrition Alliance (CSO-SUN), the first and only nutrition advocacy platform for Civil Society in Zambia. The Alliance is a very influential force in Nutrition development in Zambia and has been successful in lobbying policy and legal reforms as well as raising awareness and creating demand that promotes improved Nutrition outcomes for the most vulnerable. The success of CSO-SUN can in no small part be attributed to the role played by Eneya.

A strong advocate of the efficacy of Behaviour Change Communications (BCC), Eneya has worked extensively at International, national and community level to influence perception change that results in positive, sustainable impact on the lives of the masses. His interests include using BCC to prevent and/or reduce major public concerns in Africa. A passionate orator, Eneya intends to leverage his expertise and experience in his nrole at WWF for an effective communications and agenda.
