Country Director
Nachilala joined WWF Zambia from the One Campaign in Johannesburg, South Africa where she served as Deputy Director for Africa. She has over 10 years management experience across various organizations where she successfully led a number of national and international policy reform initiatives. Her leadership expertise covers a range of sustainable development policy areas with the most recent ones where she successfully led partnerships with the Africa Union, the African Development Bank, civil society and governments of Benin, Nigeria, Niger, South Africa, Mali, Senegal and Zambia focused on agriculture, nutrition health and land reform and investments.
 
Nachilala holds a Masters of Public Management from The University of Potsdam, Germany and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics University of Zambia

Finance Manager
Mwaka joined WWF Zambia in 2010 as Finance Manager. Previosuly, she served as Manager Financial Accounting with BayPort Financial Services. She also worked with Unilever in various capacities including Financial and Systems Accountant, Assistant Manager Finance Projects as well as that of Management Trainee.

A Chartered Management Accountant by profession, Mwaka holds a Degree in Accounting and Finance with 10 years of experience in Financial Management, Micro-financing, Operational Planning, Risk Management, Change Management and Systems and Process Development.

Eneya Botoman Phiri EBP

Communications and Marketing Manager
Eneya is a seasoned Civil Society advocate with extensive experience in Advocacy and Communications. Before joining WWF Zambia, he served as Head of Advocacy and Communications and then as Acting Country Coordinator of the Zambia Civil Society Scaling up Nutrition Alliance (CSO-SUN) supported by the United Nations World Food Programme (UN WFP). CSO-SUN is the first and only nutrition advocacy platform for Civil Society in Zambia.

Eneya has worked extensively at International, national and community level to influence perception change that results in positive, sustainable impact on the lives of the masses. He intends to leverage his expertise and experience in his role at WWF for an effective communications and marketing agenda. Eneya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and is an MBA - International Business student. 

Mwape Sichilongo

Governance & Partnerships Manager
Mwape  is a career conservationist, exposed to the practice and rooted in at an early age through membership to the award winning Chongololo Clubs environmental education programme. Prior to joining WWF as Coordinator for the Regional CBNRM Programme, he served as Coordinator of the Zambia community based natural resource management (CBNRM) Forum. 

Mwape holds a Master of Science degree in Conservation Biology. He has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and cycled to Livingstone to raise funds for conservation. 

Kieth Hempshall

Organisation Development Manager
First inspired by untouched coral reefs, ancient Mayan civilizations and the winding rivers of Belize, Keith is passionate about nature and creating a fairer, more just and healthier world.
 
He joined WWF Zambia in December 2016, bringing over a decade’s worth of experience in building, strengthening and leading civil society organisations across 3 continents. At WWF Zambia Keith provides technical support to our the realisation of strategy and vision, change planning and organisational development process management. 
 
Keith holds an undergraduate degree in History and Politics and Master’s degree in International Development. In his spare time Keith can often be found trying to pedal up hills, going through the emotions of being a gunners fan or outside exploring the Zambian bush.
