TERMS OF REFERENCE
TERMS OF REFERENCE - Strengthening Community Law Enforcement and Sustainable Livelihoods in Kavango Zambezi TFCA (KAZA) – Final Evaluation Contract FED/2017/394-572Implementing Partner: World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF)
Requirements for a suitable consultant:
- At least five (5) years of experience in evaluating integrated Conservation and livelihoods Actions in Sub Saharan Africa
- experience in development interventions in the sector of Wildlife Conservation and/or Climate Smart Agriculture including the relevant policy / strategic frameworks of the three countries through at least two (2) projects.
- English: C1 expertise
The consultant needs to submit an updated CV and a proposal incl. Methodology proposed Budget and a planning schedule (the latter can be found in the Annex of the ToR). It is preferable to have a consultant who is located in one of the three project countries.
In case cross border restrictions are still in place, the consultant would need to work remotely. The covid situation is still bad in Zimbabwe and Zambia and our field offices are closed. So travels might not be that useful anyway.
